SOLEIL TAN DE CHANEL

For those of you who follow me on Twitter, know that I made my first Chanel purchase last week. I was so estatic about it that I wanted to share it with you.
I'm sure all of you are familiar with Chanel's quality and reputation, and I know many of you are Chanel lovers as well. I have been wanting to purchase to find out for myself, if Chanel was all it was hyped up to be. I have heard tons of great and amazing things about one Chanel product in particular, so I went ahead and picked it up.

SOLEIL TAN DE CHANEL is a Bronzing Universal Makeup Base. Chanel Description: The velvety finish of this light cream-gel bronzer leaves your skin with a beautiful sun-kissed look. Wear it on it's own to enhance your complexion, or for a hint of outdoors radiance, over or under your favorite CHANEL foundation.

As soon as the Chanel associate applied the Soleil Tan Bronzer to my face, I instantly looked radiant. Not only did it give me beautiful warmth to my face, but it looked extremely natural. I was blown away at how amazing this product looked on my skin. So I knew I had to have it.

Below: Blended Out

I've used it every time I do my makeup as an all over contour for my face. I use a MAC 168 or a Sigma F40 Large Contour brush to apply the product. I've found that using a more fluffier brush, gives me a more soft application. This universal bronzer is so easy to blend, and a little product defiantly goes a long way.

As you can see in this picture above, this bronzer looks very natural while giving a pretty warmth to the face.

I love this product's texture and feel, it's so soft, it literally glides, leaving a smooth finish to my face. The longevity of this bronzer is amazing too, it literally lasts up until I remove my makeup at night. I even love the way it smells! So of course I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

~YUMMY MUMMY~

About a month or so ago, I purchased two Butter London polishes and I have since then, posted a nail post on "Teddy Girl". If you haven't checked out that post, Click Here. I know it's took me forever to post about the other polish, so here it is.

This is Butter London's "Yummy Mummy" nail laquer. The color is a light taupe brown, with a champagne shimmer through it.

The application was smooth and very easy to apply. It did not streak whatsoever. I applied two coats to achieve the opaque color shown within the bottle.

This polish is such a perfect color for Fall. I love the color, do you? Please comment below

~My LIPS Today~

This post will be my first "lip of the day", so I hope you all enjoy...

NYX's Lipstick in the color "REA" & LORAC's Couture Shine Lipgloss in "Vintage".

I absolutely love this combination! REA is a dark mid-tone brown color & Vintage is a champagne, light brown.

I have been loving my Nyx's lipsticks, and I have to say this "REA" color is my favorite. It applies so creamy & smooth to my lips. Lorac's "Vintage" is one of my all time fave lipglosses, because of it's lasting power. Everytime I apply it onto my lips, it lasts for such a long time. The color is amazing and looks gorgeous with almost every color lipstick. The consistency is so smooth, and I love the brush applicator.

I hope you enjoyed this quick "LOTD"! Let me know below what you've been pairing and wearing:)

NEW LIPSTICK HOLDER #2

I know I have been a little MIA lately, but I have been extremely busy with my little ones. Birthday parties, appointments, and so on. So I wanted to go ahead and post this quick post, on my second lipstick holder. I mentioned in my last post that I purchased two lipstick holders from Amazon. This lipstick holder is a little bit different from the 18 compartment one I ordered.

This clear acrylic lipstick stand holds 24 lipsticks. It is flat and not tiered, like the last stand I showed.

I purchased this stand from Home & Wine through Amazon. The price was $9.46.
LINK: http://www.amazon.com/Lipstick-Holder-Clear-8-3-3-1/dp/B0009FHJUU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1316291876&sr=8-2

It's clear & sturdy, and looks so pretty for displaying my lipsticks.

This lipstick stand is the same amazing quality as the other one I purchased. I am so happy with both of them.

Product Features:
* Clear Acrylic Organizer
* Size: 1"H x 8-3/4"W x 3-1/2"D
* Can be used on countertop or in a drawer

Hope you enjoyed this quick little lipstick stand post. How do you store you lipsticks/lip products? I'd love to know, share them below:

NEW LIPSTICK HOLDER

As most of you may know by now, I am a bit of a lipstick fanatic. To me, lipstick completes a look and I never go without it. I love to stay organized as you may have seen, my post on my Muji storage. I love the clear acrylic look, and wanted the same pretty look for my lipstick collection. So I browsed Amazon's website, looking for a clear acrylic lipstick holder and I went ahead and picked up two. In this post, I will be sharing with you the one that I recieved first.

Acrylic Lipstick Holder With 18 Compartments

Original Box:
I purchased this Lipstick holder from "Hold N Storage" through Amazon.

When I ordered from the website, I was unsure of how the quality would be. But once I inspected the holder in person, the unit is visibly made of thick & sturdy clear acrylic.

The great thing about this unit, and my favorite part, is that it's tiered. "It's like stadium seating for your lipstick":)

I filled all 18 compartments with some of my favorite lipsticks, and this is the finished look. As you can see it fits Mac lipsticks very well. I also have some revlon and one NARS lipstick, that fit perfectly inside the compartments.

For me when I can see my makeup, I get the most use out of it. And to me that is very important. I really love this clear lipstick holder for that reason. I purchased this holder for $15.53 with free shipping. If you are interested in this unit, click here:

I hope you enjoyed this post. Do you own something similiar? Please comment below:
